Four years ago, Ubiquity Records unveiled International Love Affair, the dazzling debut from Tigerbalm — a bold introduction to her unique fusion of global rhythms, disco flair and cosmopolitan club energy.

Since then, the London-based DJ and producer has become one of contemporary dance music’s most exciting voices, with acclaimed EPs on Brooklyn’s Razor-N-Tape Records, standout remixes including 20:20 Vision’s Crazy P Curates, and a growing global following. Her sound continues to evolve while remaining unmistakably her own.

Now she returns to Ubiquity with Bubblegum Discos, her hotly anticipated sophomore album. Where International Love Affair introduced her signature style, Bubblegum Discos fully realizes it: a kaleidoscopic blend of funk, house, Latin and tropical influences, enriched by a vibrant cast of collaborators and guest musicians.

The first taste arrives with ‘Nayar’, a collaboration with rising Italian electronic talent Giorgio Lopez. A sun-soaked, synth-powered anthem, it marks Tigerbalm’s first time behind the mic, trading verses with Lopez in a sassy nod to ’80s boogie and freestyle icons such as Teena Marie. Playful basslines, hot-stepping beats and Latin club energy capture the carefree joy of a summer dancefloor in full swing.

Tigerbalm also curated a stellar remix lineup. Elado turns ‘Nayar’ into a pulsing electronic disco trip; Bernardo Pinheiro delivers lush Brazilian nu-disco and percussive Latin house; while Spanish house maestro Piek pushes it into festival peak time with breakbeat bursts, bold stabs and irresistible grooves.

With Bubblegum Discos, Tigerbalm cements her place as a trailblazer of global dance culture, transforming rhythms from around the world into pure, ecstatic motion.
